We are seeking a data-interested person who wants to grow with us and help build both our technical environment and analytical capabilities from the ground up.
Main requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar field
  • Basic knowledge of Python and SQL
  • Understanding of data analysis, AI, statistics, and machine learning
  • Clear communication skills in Swedish, adaptable to different audiences and domains
Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric tools
  • Perform data analysis with municipal departments to identify patterns and insights supporting organizational development
  • Collaborate with domain experts and data team members to understand data needs and deliver solutions, including generative AI and machine learning
  • Develop and test basic machine learning models
  • Visualize data and insights using Power BI
