NCC's business area NCC Green Industry Transformation is seeking a customer- and service-oriented Data Coordinator for their team in Gällivare. The role supports information access and user-friendly information flow within a complex infrastructure and industrial mega project in northern Sweden, ensuring information is stored and accessible throughout the project's lifecycle according to NCC's document management routines and guidelines. The position involves working closely with planning, project management, production, customers, and stakeholders to maintain data structure and documentation aligned with client systems and needs.
Main requirements:
  • Strong digital skills to create optimal information storage, dissemination, and user-friendliness for accessing and working with information and documentation.
  • Ability to support all project members and external partners with access to correct information at the right time.
  • Work closely with project planners, engineers, production teams, project management, customers, and business developers to ensure consistent information handling.
  • Create and maintain information storage according to NCC's document library Filemaster and use Microsoft 365 and related applications.
  • Develop instructions and guides tailored to different project roles to ensure information accessibility.
  • Compile delivery packages, drawings, and related content lists and cover pages.
  • Responsible for review cases and deliveries of design documents to clients.
  • Quality assurance of deliveries and review cases based on document technical content.
  • Willingness to spend at least 50% of working time in Gällivare, with flexibility to work from other NCC office locations as applicable.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure correct information and data management structures and access controls to information and workspaces.
  • Create, develop, and maintain information storage according to NCC's document library Filemaster using Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Develop user guides and instructions for project members tailored to their needs.
  • Create delivery packages, compile drawings, and prepare content indexes and cover sheets.
  • Manage review cases and deliver design documents to clients.
  • Perform quality assurance on deliveries and review cases focusing on document technical content.
  • Collaborate closely with project planners, production, project leadership, customers, and business developers to ensure information availability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure project documentation and information management structure aligns with the customer's systems and workflows.
Required hard skills:
  • Document and information management systems expertise (e.g., NCC's Filemaster).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and related applications.
  • Experience in creating documentation standards and user instructions.
  • Ability to compile technical drawings and related documents.
  • Quality assurance of technical document deliveries.
