D365 CRM – Solution Specialist

As a D365 Functional Solution Specialist within Customer Engagement at Nord-Lock, you will have full responsibility for translating business needs into scalable and long-term CRM solutions in Dynamics 365 CE. The role requires understanding both business processes and technology to create effective solutions supporting sales and customer care. The position involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and colleagues in the Business Systems team. Responsibilities span the entire solution chain from feasibility studies, configuration and design to documentation, implementation, training, and ongoing improvements. The role includes working in a global team and may involve international travel. The position is based at the headquarters in Gothenburg and reports to the Business Systems Manager.
Main requirements:
- Relevant academic degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Computer Science
- 7–10 years of professional experience
- At least 5 years of deep experience in configuration and design of CRM solutions in Dynamics 365 CE
- Experience working with applicable methodologies such as ITIL, PM3, TOGAF, Lean
- Strong understanding of sales and customer processes
- Experience leading improvement initiatives and larger projects in international environments
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Translate business needs into functional CRM solutions within Dynamics 365 CE
- Lead design workshops and define end-to-end process flows within CRM
- Drive feasibility studies ahead of new implementations and rollouts
- Design and configure standard features and guide on customizations
- Ensure solutions adhere to architecture, data governance, and security principles
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and architects to deliver unified solutions
- Support implementations, testing, go-live and provide solution support
- Create and maintain documentation, process maps, and configuration guides
- Provide guidance on best practices in sales, customer care, and CRM processes
- Identify risks, limitations, and improvement areas in existing systems
- Contribute to the Business Systems roadmap
