Communicative System Administrator in E-commerce

The role involves developing and ensuring the quality of efficient processes in the city's procurement work, supporting the unit's work in connecting agreements to the city's procurement system, resolving operational issues, conducting investigations, updating support documents, supporting system administrators, participating and leading in meetings, trainings and workshops, and collaborating in cross-functional teams with procurement officers and agreement managers.
Main requirements:
- At least upper secondary education with focus on economy, administration, or relevant equivalent
- Experience developing methods and processes in e-commerce/purchasing within public sector
- Very good and current IT skills
- Excellent Swedish communication skills in spoken and written form
- Extensive experience leading meetings, presentations, trainings or workshops
- Strong knowledge of Agresso or equivalent financial system
Responsibilities:
- Resolving operational problems and conducting investigations
- Updating support documents
- Supporting system administrators in their work
- Working with contract connection and quality controls
- Assisting in requirement specification regarding e-commerce in procurement processes
- Actively participating and leading in collaboration forums, meetings, trainings and workshops
- Collaborating in cross-functional teams with procurers and contract managers for upcoming procurements and ongoing management
- Maintaining daily contacts with various city departments and suppliers
Required hard skills:
- IT proficiency
- Use of financial systems like Agresso
- Conducting presentations and trainings
- Process and method development in e-commerce/purchasing
Recommended hard skills:
- Knowledge of SFTI recommended standards in e-commerce
- Customer-centric work experience with clear communication and business benefit focus
