Change Manager within Cybersecurity

We are looking for someone to work with cybersecurity, playing a central role in supporting our customers on their security journey—from strategy to concrete implementation and change management. Together with our customers, you create conditions for sustainable security solutions that work in reality—where security becomes a natural part of the business and in turn drives the development of secure products and services.
Main requirements:
- At least 5 years documented experience in change and project management within product or service development.
- At least 2 years experience interpreting and/or implementing management systems within cybersecurity and information security (e.g., ISO 21434, NIS2, EU Data Act, Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), IEC 62443).
- University degree in engineering or equivalent acquired competence.
- Good knowledge of both Swedish and English is required.
Responsibilities:
- Advise on cybersecurity regulations and legal requirements, helping customers navigate a changing regulatory landscape.
- Perform GAP analyses, risk assessments and develop smart solutions to reduce risks and ensure compliance.
- Develop and implement management systems, governance models, and policies that strengthen the customer's security work.
- Drive change work, create security awareness, and establish new working methods and processes in the organization.
