The CEO leads Compare, an independent innovation platform driving sustainable societal transformation through digital technology. The role is strategic and outward-facing, building collaboration, setting direction, and inspiring an ecosystem focused on innovation and self-leadership.
Main requirements:
  • Experience leading cross-sector initiatives with multiple stakeholders, preferably as CEO, executive leader, or program manager.
  • Background in entrepreneurship, preferably in innovation or growth environments.
  • Understanding of system innovation and how change occurs in complex systems.
  • Strong knowledge of digitalization, data, AI, or related technology fields.
  • Ability to build partnerships and attract external funding.
  • Strong communication and networking skills nationally and internationally.
Responsibilities:
  • Further develop Compare's role as an innovation engine.
  • Initiate and lead projects with external funding (e.g., Vinnova, EU, Tillväxtverket).
  • Create conditions for co-creation, test environments, and new solutions.
  • Represent Compare externally and establish long-term partnerships.
  • Inspire and lead an organization founded on self-leadership.
