Main requirements:
- Several years of experience as a business developer
- Experience in service development and management
- Experience in driving change involving people, processes, and technology
- Experience with user-driven development in IT and business where technology, law, and security are central
- Experience leading and facilitating workshops related to development work
- Experience with process modeling using established models
- Practical experience working with agile methodologies
- Excellent knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English
- Relevant academic education or equivalent experience assessed by the employer
Responsibilities:
- Drive development initiatives to improve processes and IT support
- Work in various phases of needs-driven development, including gathering requirements and suggesting improvements
- Lead change management efforts to implement new routines, processes, and ways of working
- Conduct and participate in investigations
- Set goals, follow up results and suggest improvements
- Work with structure and documentation for service management
