Business Consultant Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management – Gothenburg

We are looking for an experienced Business Consultant with expertise in Dynamics 365 and/or AX2012, especially within supply chain management. You will help our customers maximize the potential of their D365 solutions by challenging and guiding them. As a skilled communicator and trusted digital advisor, you will build long-term customer relationships and tailor solutions to their needs, supporting them throughout the implementation process and beyond.
Main requirements:
  • Approximately three years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 and/or AX2012, with a focus on supply chain management.
  • Ability to understand tasks at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Preferably previous experience as a consultant.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, as these are the languages our customers use for communication.
  • Customer-focused, independent, and proactive in driving initiatives for customers.
Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with customers to build long-term relationships and understand their unique needs.
  • Act as the customer's primary contact and trusted advisor for Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Advise and support customers throughout the entire implementation process, including managing changes as their business evolves.
  • Identify and solve customer needs by designing innovative and effective D365 solutions.
  • Contribute actively in global networks and SME (Subject Matter Expert) groups to exchange knowledge and learn from others.
Required hard skills:
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management and/or AX2012.
  • Consulting and implementation skills within D365 or AX2012 environments.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish languages.
Recommended hard skills:
  • Knowledge of latest Microsoft releases and capabilities.
  • Ability to customize and tailor D365 solutions to specific customer requirements.
