Business Analyst

Lead project efforts and drive the development of Sweden's market-leading ERP system for the manufacturing industry at Monitor ERP System AB. As a Business Analyst, you take significant responsibility in guiding development based on internal and customer requirements, working closely with product owners and the development team to prioritize and specify system improvements.
Main requirements:
- Ability to creatively and proactively propose solutions and improvements for complex problems.
- Experience working in agile environments focusing on customer benefit and outcomes.
- Relevant university education or equivalent work experience.
- Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
- Lead what developments are pursued and ensure requirements from internal stakeholders and customers are optimally met.
- Conduct fact-gathering, analyze requests, perform risk analyses, and formulate detailed specifications for development.
- Prioritize requirements, ideas, and wishes together with product owners.
- Maintain existing functions and provide expert knowledge at a detailed level within team responsibilities.
- Coordinate with team leader to ensure development follows plan.
- Present developed features internally and externally to customers.

- Experience with Monitor ERP or other ERP systems in manufacturing industry
