We are looking for an Azure Cloud Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Cloud to design, build, and optimize future cloud solutions at Accelerate at Iver. Main requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining scalable, secure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Experience managing Azure PaaS and IaaS solutions including Azure VM, Azure Virtual Desktop, AKS, and Azure Container Apps.
  • Ability to ensure governance and compliance via Azure Policy, RBAC, and Workload Identity Federation.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging solutions such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address network and security challenges in Azure environments.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Swedish citizenship and successful background check are required.
Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain modern, secure, and scalable infrastructure in Azure using Infrastructure as Code.
  • Manage Azure PaaS and IaaS services including Virtual Machines, Virtual Desktop, Kubernetes services, and Container Apps.
  • Implement and manage governance and compliance policies using Azure Policy, RBAC, and Workload Identity Federation.
  • Optimize and implement effective monitoring and logging solutions using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
  • Ensure high availability and resolve complex network and security challenges in Azure.
Required hard skills:
  • Azure Infrastructure (VM, Network, Virtual Desktop, AKS)
  • Azure PaaS services (Function Apps, App Services, Key Vault, Storage Accounts)
  • Security and compliance tools (Entra ID, Managed Identities, RBAC, Azure Policy, Microsoft Security)
  • Monitoring and logging (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights)
  • Infrastructure as Code (Bicep or similar)
  • Building cloud environments according to Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) or similar
Recommended hard skills:
  • Microsoft certifications AZ-104 and/or AZ-204
  • Experience with Azure Landing Zones
  • Certifications such as AZ-400, AZ-305 or equivalent
