- Knowledge of sound, lighting, and meeting platforms like Teams and Zoom
- Experience with meeting technology in large environments (e.g., Crestron, Lightware, Extron)
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish, spoken and written
- Good communication skills in English, spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain technology in teaching environments
- Monitor fault reports, handle installations and repairs
- Manage systems for remote meetings and teaching
- Continuously develop and optimize university technical resources for teaching and meetings
Required hard skills:
- Knowledge of sound and lighting technology
- Experience with meeting technology platforms such as Crestron, Lightware, Extron
- Technical support and installation skills
- Communication skills in Swedish and English
Recommended hard skills:
- Programming meeting technology systems (Crestron, Lightware, Extron)
