Main requirements:
- Several years of experience in technology and problem solving
- 4–5 years experience configuring Atlassian tools and handling full lifecycle management
- Experience in plugin or integration development is a plus
- Ability to customize workflows, issue types, fields, and user permissions
- Capability to handle project, issue, and documentation lifecycle from requirements to implementation
- Willingness to provide internal and external training on Atlassian tools
- Ability to evaluate third-party plugins and develop bespoke solutions
- Prestige-free attitude, strong customer relationship skills
Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Atlassian tools to fit specific customer or organizational workflows
- Manage entire lifecycle of projects, issues, and documentation
- Train users internally at Arctic Group and externally at customer sites
- Develop or integrate custom solutions and evaluate third-party plugins
