BLS Industries, a leading player in the HVAC industry with a strong presence in the Nordic region, is seeking an Application Specialist to ensure stable and efficient operation of their D365FO system. This full-time role in Ystad involves collaboration with internal teams and external partners, travel to production units in Lönsboda and Smålandstenar, as well as Nordic sales companies in Norway, Denmark, and Finland.
Main requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience with ERP systems, preferably AX or D365FO
  • Experience with system configuration, integrations, and customizations
  • Analytical problem solver with structured work approach
  • Comfortable working in a cross-functional role collaborating across business areas
  • Good skills in Power BI or other BI tools
  • Experience with Power Platform and Finance modules is a plus
  • Proficient in spoken and written Swedish and English
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze, configure, and optimize the ERP system to support business operations
  • Collaborate with various business areas to understand needs and implement solutions
  • Troubleshoot and manage incidents while proactively working on improvements
  • Implement new functionalities and provide user support through training and assistance
  • Document system configurations, integrations, and customizations
  • Stay updated on latest technical trends in ERP and digitalization
