Application Packager for the Service Administration

We are looking for a new application packager to enable us to grow and succeed in our shared mission of delivering impressive service by packaging applications for our core operations and within our own organization.
Main requirements:
  • At least 1 year experience in application packaging.
  • Technical skills in AdminStudio, App-V, VMware, Configuration Manager (SCCM), and Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of Ineras WrapperKing and Software Center.
  • Strong command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and execute application packaging orders.
  • Manage cases from order receipt to customer delivery independently and with colleagues.
  • Support customers in the application process and respond to queries.
  • Test applications both technically and with user testing.
  • Distribute applications and provide technical support during distribution.
  • Decommission old application versions.
  • Provide technical support to support teams and orderers regarding applications.
  • Collaborate with groups in other units related to IT workplace delivery.
