Seeking an AI/ML developer with a background in software development to join Softhouse. Work collaboratively with like-minded colleagues who value knowledge sharing and enjoy a fun workplace. Main requirements:
  • Approximately 5 years of professional experience in a similar role involving data handling and analysis.
  • Solid knowledge of deep learning techniques, neural networks, and/or model optimization for efficient management.
  • Good spoken and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
Responsibilities:
  • Contribute in early project phases such as pre-sales and feasibility studies by identifying potential and business opportunities and helping customers understand AI.
  • Develop proofs-of-concept and solutions, covering data management, machine learning training, and deployment.
  • Actively participate during development phases integrating AI and supporting developers and customers.
  • Assist in project closing phases by providing solutions and routines to ensure long-term maintenance of models and data flows.
  • Lead and contribute locally within the region’s AI/ML work, sharing knowledge through workshops, lectures, and projects.
