Seeking an experienced Agile Product Owner to lead development of new products within healthcare and health promotion. Main requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent extensive work experience
  • Knowledge of e-health and/or healthcare sector
  • At least five years of relevant experience leading and motivating development teams
  • Current experience with agile working methods
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Manage product backlog and prioritize tasks within a cross-functional development team
  • Collaborate closely with other product owners and leadership roles to ensure delivery capability and alignment on goals
  • Communicate with product users and coordinate work with stakeholders
  • Drive multiple initiatives simultaneously while considering various dependencies
  • Build networks with different actors internally and externally
